摘要
为进一步挖掘优良榧树雄株种质资源和杂交育种亲本选择奠定基础,运用SSR分子标记技术对50份不同区域来源的榧树资源进行研究,分析榧树雄株的遗传多样性。结果表明:6对多态性SSR分子标记共扩增获得48个条带,平均每对引物可扩增8个条带,引物的平均有效等位基因数为3.3834,Shannon信息指数为1.0317~1.9467;使用UPGMA法构建系统聚类树,50份榧树资源共分为4个组及6个亚组,聚类结果与榧树资源的地域来源存在一定关系,而与雄花盛花期没有明显的联系。
In order to further explore the germplasm resources of excellent Torreya grandis male plants and to lay the foundation for the selection of cross breeding parents,SSR molecular marker technology was used to study 50 T.grandis resources from different regions and analyze the genetic diversity of T.grandis male plants.Results:48 bands were amplified by six pairs of polymorphic SSR molecular markers.On average,eight bands could be amplified by each pair of primers.The average number of effective alleles of the primers was 3.3834,and the Shannon information index ranged from 1.0317 to 1.9467;Meanwhile,a hierarchical clustering tree was constructed by using the UPGMA method,50 T.grandis resources were divided into four groups and six subgroups.The clustering results had a certain relationship with the geographical origin of T.grandis resources,but no obvious relationship were observed with the male flower blooming period.
