摘要
试验将锦纶与亚麻湿纺混纺,并对比了涤纶与亚麻的混纺纱,探究了亚麻短麻与锦纶、涤纶混纺后混纺纱的性能。混纺纱的性能测试结果表明:锦纶纤维的加入提高了纱的伸长率,强度呈现先下降后上升趋势,在亚麻短麻/锦纶混纺比为40/60时混纺纱的综合性能最优,断裂强度为14.89 cN/tex,伸长率最大为9.06%,比纯亚麻纱的伸长率提高了3.4倍;亚麻/锦纶混纺纱的强度略低于亚麻/涤纶混纺纱,伸长率总体上高于亚麻/涤纶混纺纱。
In this paper,nylon and flax were blended and wet-spun,and the blended yarn of polyester and flax were compared.The properties of blended yarn after blending flax with nylon and polyester were investigated.The performance of the yarn showed that the addition of nylon fiber increased the elongation of the yarn,its strength first fell and then rose.When the blending ratio was flax/nylon 40/60,the comprehensive performance of the blended yarn was optimal,and the breaking strength was 14.89 cN/tex,the elongation was up to 9.06%,which was 3.4 times higher than that of pure linen yarn;the strength of flax/nylon blended yarn was slightly lower than that of flax/polyester blended yarn,and the elongation was generally higher than flax/polyester blended yarn.
