乡村振兴背景下初中起点学前教育专业学生的培养研究

摘要 实施乡村振兴战略,关键在教育。学前教育是学校教育和终身教育的根基,有质量的农村学前教育有助于农村人口文化素质的提高,为农村经济社会发展培养优质后备力量。目前农村优质幼教师资严重匮乏,制约着乡村振兴目标的实现,探究初中起点学前教育专业学生的针对性培养举措,加大农村优质幼儿教师的培养和输送。 The key to the implement of the strategy of rural revitalization lies in education.Preschool education is the foundation of school education and lifelong education.The quality of rural preschool education is helpful to the improvement of the cultural quality of rural population and the cultivation of high quality reserve force for rural economic and social development.At present,there is a serious shortage of high quality preschool teachers in rural areas,which restricts the realization of the goal of rural revitalization.This paper explores the targeted training measures of junior high school starting point preschool education students in order to increases the training and cultivation of high quality preschool teachers in rural areas.
