网络教学背景下的教学管理工作探究

新冠疫情使高校全面开展网络教学工作成为现实。在新的教学方式全面开展的背景下,要保证高校各类课程顺利开展,保障教学质量,做好一学期各个环节的教学组织工作成为教学管理工作的新课题。本文从组织网络课程教学实际出发,提出了网络教学工作组织实施的理念和思路,探讨了高校实施大规模网络教学期间的本科教学管理及质量保障方法,并总结了教学管理的实践效果。

The COVID-19 pandemic situation makes it a reality for colleges and universities to carry out network teaching in an all-round way.Under the background of the comprehensive development of the new teaching methods,it is necessary to ensure the smooth teaching of all kinds of courses in colleges and universities,and to ensure the quality of teaching.Doing a good job of teaching organization in each link of the semester has become a new task of teaching management.Based on the practice of organizing network course teaching,this paper puts forward the idea and the way of organizing and implementing network teaching work,probes into the management and quality assurance method of undergraduate teaching during the implementation of large-scale network teaching in colleges and universities,and summarizes the practical effect of teaching management.
