职业教育集团化办学管理模式的建设研究与实践——以河北省电子商务职业教育集团为例

On the Construction of Management Model of Vocational Education Group School-running:Taking Hebei E-commerce Vocational Education Group as an Example

集团化办学是我国职业教育多元主体办学的主要实践形式。目前国内职业教育集团化办学在提升育人质量、强化服务能力等方面取得了不少成效,但管理制度不健全、管理模式不完备等依然是制约集团化办学稳定、持续发展的关键因素。本文以河北省电子商务职业教育集团为例,从集团管理模式破题,爬梳部分示范性职教集团先进经验,探索构建特色管理模式,进一步推动集团化办学向集约化、可持续化方向发展。

Vocational education group school-running is the main practical form of multi-subject vocational education in China.Although it has achieved a lot in terms of personnel training quality and service capabilities,the incomplete management system and model still restrict the stable and sustainable development of group education.This paper takes Hebei E-commerce Vocational Education Group as an example,starts from the group management model,combs the advanced experience of some exemplary vocational education groups,builds a characteristic management model and further promotes the intensive and sustainable development of group school-running.
