新时代深化高校大学生对学生党支部工作认同感研究

党的十九大报告指出,党支部要担负好直接教育党员、管理党员、监督党员和组织群众、宣传群众、凝聚群众、服务群众的职责,引导广大党员发挥先锋模范作用。高校党支部处于高校党建工作的第一线,肩负着把党的路线方针政策落到实处的重要责任,关系到高校培养什么人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。新时代的到来,对高校党支部工作提出了新要求。当前,高校大学生对学生党支部工作认同感下降,学生党支部工作存在政治功能弱化、组织设置不合理、支部组织生活形式单一、工作保障机制不完善等现象。高校要不断探索培育大学生对高校党支部工作的认同感路径,从推进组织设置和活动方式创新、创新基层党组织生活,拓展党建工作队伍等方面着手,加强新时代高校党支部标准化建设,从而增强高校党支部的组织力,提升高校党建工作的质量,为高校各项事业的科学发展提供强大的政治保障和组织保障。

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party points out that the Party branch should shoulder the responsibility of educating party members directly,managing party members,supervising party members and organizing the masses,publicizing the masses,rallying the masses and serving the masses,and guiding the broad masses of party members to play a vanguard and exemplary role.The Party branch of colleges and universities is in the front line of the Party building work in colleges and universities,shouldering the important responsibility of putting the Party’s line,principles and policies into practice,which is related to the fundamental problem of who to train,how to train and for whom to train.The arrival of the new era has put forward new requirements for the work of the Party branch of colleges and universities.At present,the identity of college students to the work of student Party branch has declined,and there are problems in the work of student Party branch,such as the weakening of political function,unreasonable organization setting,single organizational life form of branch,imperfect work guarantee mechanism and so on.Colleges and universities should constantly explore the path of cultivating college students’identity to the work of the Party branch of colleges and universities,and strengthen the standardization construction of the Party branch in the new era from the aspects of promoting organizational setup and activity innovation,innovating the life of grass-roots party organizations,and expanding the work force of party building,thereby to enhance the organizational strength of college party branches,improve the quality of college party building work,and provide strong political and organizational guarantees for the scientific development of various undertakings in colleges and universities.
