中医健康服务人才素质构成及“双维”培养路径探析

Analysis of the Quality Composition of TCM Health Service Talents and the"Double Dimensional"Training Path

随着"健康中国"战略的逐步推进,中医药健康服务业发展迅速,各类中医健康服务企业、中医健康小镇纷纷兴起,但由于人才发展的滞后,中医健康服务行业面临许多挑战和困难。文章从中医健康服务人才概念、类别等方面开展分析,基于行业发展需求提炼中医健康服务人才价值观、专业知识、专业方法、专业技能、岗位能力等"五种品质"素养模型[1],并进而提出"标准化"和"特色化"的中医健康服务人才"双维"培养路径,对于中医健康服务人才的发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。

With the gradual advancement of the"Healthy China"strategy,the TCM health service industry has developed rapidly,and various TCM health service enterprises and TCM health towns have emerged one after another.However,due to the lagging development of talents,the TCM health service industry is facing many challenges and difficulties.The article analyzes the concepts and categories of TCM health service talents,and puts forward the"five qualities"literacy model of TCM health service talents based on industry development needs,including values,professional knowledge,professional methods,professional skills,and job capabilities[1],and proposes a"two-dimensional"training path of"standardization"and"specialization"of TCM health service talents.This research has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of TCM health service talents.
