摘要 在一流本科建设的背景下,课堂教学具有新的时代意蕴,更加凸显育人性、适变性和使命性。但当前高校课堂面临着教学理念有待转变、课程体系有待完善、课堂文化有待创新、师资建设水平有待提高等困境。高校应以人才培养为目标,着实转变基本教学理念;以学生需求为前提,合理完善优化课程体系;以文化建设为载体,构建良好课堂育人生态;以专业发展为关键,增强教师队伍建设水平。 Under the background of first-class undergraduate construction,classroom teaching has a new meaning,which highlights the education,innovation and mission.But at present,the classroom teaching in colleges and universities is faced with the difficulties of changing the teaching ideas,perfecting the curriculum system,innovating the classroom culture and improving the level of teachers’ability.Colleges and universities should take the talent training as the goal,change the basic teaching ideas;take the student demand as the premise,consummate and optimize the curriculum system;take the culture construction as the carrier,construct the good classroom educating environment;take the professional development as the key,strengthen the teachers’construction level.
