摘要
因翻转课堂的内涵是在承认学习者个体差异和个性化基础上,鼓励学习者按照自身认知模式和学习习惯进行自主学习,将被动的知识灌输变更为主动的知识汲取,从而养成目标明晰的学习行为,且兼具共同学习的特性。而系统思考问题的方法和采取行动的勇气和决心,更应是大学教育以及专业教育需要给予大学生训练的学习初始目标。《政府预算管理》课程在运用翻转课堂这一现代化课程教学路径的过程中,不仅具有专业知识系统化传授的传统教学目标,还应具有有效提升学生学习能力的培养目标。
The connotation of flipped classroom is to encourage learners to learn autonomously according to their own cognitive patterns and learning habits on the basis of recognizing learners’individual differences and individuation,and change passive knowledge indoctrination into active knowledge acquisition,so as to develop learning behavior with clear objectives and the characteristics of common learning.The method of systematic thinking and the courage and determination to take action should be the initial goal of college education and professional education.In the process of using flipped classroom as a modern teaching path,the course of Government Budget Management should not only have the traditional teaching goal of systematic teaching of professional knowledge,but also have the training goal of effectively improving students’learning ability.
