摘要
基于问题学习的教学模式(PBL)是学生以问题为核心的一种自主探索性学习方式。思维导图作为一种表达大脑思维的可视化工具,可有效地完成知识体系的构建。将思维导图引入以问题为基础教学模式下的食品营养与健康通识课中,主要通过教学的组织实施、实施效果和深度思考进行阐述。两者的有机结合可有效地完善教学过程,帮助学生主动高效地完成整个学习过程。更重要的是,在充分锻炼学生分析和解决问题能力的同时,也为培养学生的逻辑思维和创新能力指明方向。
Problem-based learning(PBL)is a method that students take the question as the core and do the initiative inquiring learning.As a visual tool to express brain thinking,mind mapping can effectively complete the construction of knowledge system.Mind mapping combined with PBL teaching model was used in the course of Food Nutrition and Health.Through the organization and implementation of teaching,this paper expounds the effect of the implementation and deep thinking about it.This mixed teaching model can improve teaching process,and help students complete the whole process of learning actively and efficiently.More importantly,while fully training students’ability to analyze and solve problems,it also points out the direction for cultivating students’logical thinking and innovative ability.
