韶关学院食品科学与工程专业已有二十余年办学历史,本专业按照新工科建设行动对专业的新要求,基于学校应用型大学转型发展实际积极实施专业综合改革,在面向市场、面向生产一线、面向行业及产业未来发展,面向粤北、广东以及"红三角"地区食品产业培养应用型优秀食品工程师方面卓有成效。

The specialty of food science and engineering of Shaoguan University has more than 20 years history.In accordance with the new requirements of"emerging engineering"construction,comprehensive reform of the specialty of food science and engineering of Shaoguan University has been conducted based on the practical education situation of Shaoguan University,a typical regional applied undergraduate university.It is market-oriented and production-oriented.The exploration of our specialty is fruitful in training applied excellent food engineers for the industry and its future development,for the northern Guangdong,Guangdong Province and the"Red Triangle"region.
