摘要
培养创新型技术技能人才是职业教育的主要任务,高职院校作为专业技术技能人才的重要输出口,担负着为社会培养创新型技术技能人才的重任。为了更好地促进高职院校人才培养的发展,在对高职教育目标定位解读的基础上,从创新平台、创新团队、创新氛围、创新教育及创新人才培养新模式五个角度提出了高职创新型技术技能人才的培养策略。
Training innovative technical talents is the main task of vocational education.As an important export of professional technical talents,higher vocational colleges shoulder the responsibility of cultivating innovative technical talents for the society.In order to better promote the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges,and based on the interpretation of the goal orientation of higher vocational education,this paper puts forward the cultivation strategy of innovative technical talents in higher vocational colleges from five perspectives:innovation platform,innovation team,innovation atmosphere,innovation education and new model of innovative talent cultivation.
