技能大赛促进中职电子专业建设改革探讨

Discussion on Promoting the Reform of Electronics Specialty in Secondary Vocational School by Skill Competition

在"职业教育要培养合格的应用驱动型人才"的教育背景下,中职学生专业技能大赛已成为检验中等职业院校教学质量和人才培养水平的重要参考,也是提高中职学生专业素质的主要途径。本文以中职电子专业技能大赛为研究载体,从电子专业课程设计、师资培训建设、人才培养方法等角度将技能大赛与专业建设相结合。希望通过改革一系列电子专业的教学方法,同时针对技能大赛整合教学,提高学生的职业技能水平。

Under the educational background of the requirement that"vocational education should train qualified applied-driven talents",the professional skill competition of secondary vocational students has become an important reference to test the teaching quality and talent training level of secondary vocational schools,and it is also the main way to improve the professional quality of secondary vocational students.This paper takes the skill competition of secondary vocational electronics specialty as the research carrier,combines the skill competition with the specialty construction from the aspects of electronics specialty curriculum design,teacher training construction,talent training methods and so on.It is hoped that the students’vocational skill level can be improved through the reform of a series of teaching methods and the integration of teaching for skill competition.
