摘要
自动化仪表与过程控制课程是本科自动化专业教学的重要学科,是一门与工业生产过程联系十分密切的课程。本课程能为学生今后从事控制领域的相关工作打下坚实的专业知识基础,但是传统教学方式过于抽象,学生对现场实际情况毫无概念,学习没兴趣,效率差。为克服传统教学的缺点,通过教师自己开发的基于TIA与Simulink虚拟实验系统平台软件应用在课程教学中,将抽象的理论知识转变为直观的系统仿真,提高了学生的学习兴趣和学习效率。
Automation Instrument and Process Control is an important course of undergraduate automation teaching, which is closely related to industrial production process. This course can lay a solid professional knowledge foundation for students to engage in related work in the field of control in the future. However, the traditional teaching method is too abstract, students have no concept of the actual situation on site, and their learning efficiency is poor. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional teaching, the virtual experiment system platform software based on TIA and Simulink developed by teachers themselves is applied to the course teaching, and the abstract theoretical knowledge is transformed into intuitive system simulation, which improves students’ interest and efficiency in learning.
