Clinical practice is a key link for a medical student to grow into a doctor.Due to the particularity of the patient populations,the teaching of pediatric clinical practice is much more difficult than that of other subjects.After collecting relevant materials on five-year medical students'pediatric practice,the author analyzes the factors affecting the quality and effect of clinical practice,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
