民航院校“课程思政”示范课程建设路径研究——以中国民航飞行学院为例

Research on Construction Path of"Curriculum Ideology and Politis"Demonstration Course in Civil Aviation Colleges—Taking the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China as an Example

“课程思政”指以构建全员、全程、全课程育人格局的形式,将各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应,把“立德树人”作为教育的根本任务的一种综合教育理念[1]。我校不断加强课程思政的顶层设计,深入挖掘课程思政的育人元素,培养师资提升教师的育人能力,利用专项经费开展课程思政立项建设,基于学习成果理念建立课程思政评价体系,成功建设了四门省级课程思政示范课程和一批校级课程思政示范课程。

"Curriculum ideology and politics"education refers to a kind of comprehensive education idea that all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses are in the same direction in the form of building a whole staff,whole process and whole curriculum education pattern,forming a synergistic effect,and taking"building morality and cultivating talents"as the fundamental task of education.The authors'school has continuously strengthened the top-level design of"curriculum ideology and politics"education,deeply explored the educational elements of"curriculum ideology and politics"education,trained teachers to improve their educational ability,carried out the project construction of"curriculum ideology and politics"with special funds,established the"curriculum ideology and politics"evaluation system based on the concept of learning achievements,and successfully constructed four provincial-level"curriculum ideology and politics"demonstration sources and a number of school-level"curriculum ideology and politics"demonstration courses.
