全身麻醉帕金森脑深部电极植入术(DBS)麻醉管理的住院医师规范化培训教学体会

The Standardized Training and Teaching Experience of Resident Physicians in Anesthesia Management during General Anesthesia and Parkinson's Deep Brain Stimulator(DBS)Implantation

帕金森病(Parkinson’s Disease,PD)是目前常见的神经变性型疾病。PD的主要治疗方法包括口服药物或手术治疗。手术多采用脑深部电极(Deep Brain Stimulator,DBS)植入术。其常用麻醉方法包括清醒镇静和全身麻醉。南京医科大学第一附属医院麻醉科每年实施约100余例DBS术,作为教学医院,积累了丰富的麻醉管理及教学经验。文章从DBS术前访视、麻醉准备、麻醉管理及复苏等方面对麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训的教学经验进行总结。

Parkinson's Disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease.The main treatments for PD include oral medication and surgery.The surgery usually uses Deep Brain Stimulator(DBS)implantation.Common anesthesia methods include conscious sedation and general anesthesia.The department of Anesthesiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University implements about 100 cases of DBS every year.As a teaching hospital,it has accumulated rich experience in anesthesia management and teaching.In this paper,the teaching of standardized training for anesthesiology residents is systematically summarized from the aspects of DBS preoperative visit,anesthesia preparation,anesthesia management and resuscitation.
