摘要 作为关心与促进教师个人成长与发展的组织机构,教师发展中心的功能定位直接影响着中心的机构设置、人员配置和行政角色,进而影响教师专业发展与学校整体教学质量的提升[1]。通过词频分析,教师发展中心基本隶属于教务、人事等职能部门,独立设置者极少;对教师发展中心的功能定位与中心的工作职责基本相符,同时也有个别功能定位不清晰的问题[2]。最终应以问题为导向,从机制建设、机构设置、建立组织文化和加强外部合作四个方面,着手促进教师发展中心的功能得到有效发挥。 As an organization that cares about and promotes the personal growth and development of teachers,the function orientation of the teacher development center directly affects the center's institutional settings,staffing and administrative roles,and then affects the professional development of teachers and the improvement of the overall teaching quality of the school.Through word frequency analysis,it is found that the teacher development center is basically subordinate to functional departments such as academic affairs and personnel,and there are very few independent establishments;the functional positioning of the teacher development center is basically consistent with the center's work responsibilities,and there are also problems with unclear individual functional positioning.Finally,it is proposed to take the problem as the guide,and promote the function of teacher development center from four aspects:mechanism construction,institution setting,organizational culture and external cooperation.
