材料成型与控制工程专业学生培养改革的几点探索

Exploration on the Reform of Students Training in Material Forming and Control Engineering Major

文章从人才需求的角度出发,分析了工业生产企业对材料成型与控制工程专业毕业学生的三点要求。在此基础上,提出了创新教学和实践方法、实施以“敬业”为核心观念的职业素质教育和不断提升规则意识等学生培养的几点改革方向。

From the perspective of talent demand of industrial enterprises,this paper analyzes the three requirements of production enterprises for the graduates of material forming and control engineering major.On this basis,the reform direction of the major is put forward,such as innovating teaching and practice methods,carrying out professional quality education with the core concept of"dedication",and training students to constantly enhance their consciousness of rules.
