关于当代大学生成长问题的探讨与思考

Discussion and Thinking on the Problems in the Growth of Modern College Students

高等教育的普及化为我国适龄青年提供了通过学习来提高自我的机会,也为社会进步提供了宽口径的人才储备。然而,大学生的数量和生活品质大幅提高的同时,大学生在思想、生活以及学习等方面的问题逐渐显露,客观上会影响大学生的成长和培养质量。文章结合当前大学生成长过程中普遍存在的问题,从思想观念、日常生活、学习生活、交际情感以及理想信念等几个方面进行了分析与探讨,指出了大学生存在的薄弱环节与今后努力的方向。

The popularization of higher education has offered opportunities for the college-age youths to improve themselves through learning,while providing a wide scope of talent pool for the social progress.However,while the number and quality of life of college students have been greatly improved,a series of problems in term of thinking,daily acts and studying have gradually emerged,which affect their growth and cultivation quality.This paper analyzes and discusses the common problems of college students including ideology,daily life,learning,communication,ideal and faith,and points out the weaknesses of college students and the improving direction as well.
