摘要
文章在分析CDIO教育模式的核心理念与要素、工业工程人才培养的需求基础上,结合当前疫情时期工业工程在线教学中存在的问题,从教学组织方式、互动方式、考核方式等多个方面提出了将CDIO教育模式与在线教育相结合的建议与措施,为适应未来在线教育改革和趋势,提供了决策参考。
This paper first analyzes the core concepts and elements of the CDIO education model and the needs of industrial engineering talent training.Then it combines with the problems existing in the online teaching of industrial engineering during the current epidemic,and from various aspects such as the teaching organization method,interactive method,and assessment method,puts forward suggestions and measures that can combine the CDIO education model with online education,which provide decision-making references for adapting to the future online education reforms and trends.
