A Study on Setting up Community Nursing Specialty of"4+2"System in Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

随着我国人民群众对健康需求的日益增长,人口老龄化问题的不断加剧,社会化的护理需求呈现不断上升的趋势。培养高层次的社区护理人才成为护理教育的当务之急。在我校医教协同育人机制的基础上,通过“4+2”中高职贯通开设社区护理专业方向,优化培养过程。

With the increasing demand for health and the aging of the population,the socialized nursing demand is on the rise.Training high-level community nursing talents has become an urgent task of nursing education.On the basis of the mechanism of medical and educational collaborative education in our school,and through the setting up of community nursing specialty of"4+2"system in secondary and higher vocational education,we optimize the training process.
