基于现代学徒制的高职机电类学生职业素养培育

Professional Quality Cultivation of Higher Vocational Mechatronic Students Based on Modern Apprenticeship System

文章以现代学徒制技能型人才职业素养培养为研究对象,通过对国内外学徒制历史演变的梳理,对不同时期职业素养培养特征进行比较,针对现代学徒制中高职院校专业与产业对接精准度不高、教学内容与市场需求匹配度不高、学校或企业对职业素养的教育重视程度不高等问题,提出了现代学徒政策背景下高职机电类人才职业素养培育路径。

This paper takes the modern apprenticeship skills training for professional quality as the research object.By combing through the historical evolution of apprenticeship system at home and abroad,it compares the characteristics of professional quality training in different periods.In view of the problems of the modern apprenticeship system,such as the low accuracy of professional and industrial docking,the low matching of teaching content and market demand,and the low attention paid by schools or enterprises to vocational quality education,this paper puts forward a feasible way to cultivate the professional quality of mechanical and electrical talents under the background of modern apprenticeship policy.
