摘要
现代学徒制是由企业和学校共同推进的一项育人模式,在高职护理专业的应用方兴未艾,通过这种模式培育手术室专科护士更是一种全新的探索。文章从研究的背景、研究的意义、面临的问题、可行的对策四个方面深入探讨了这种模式在培育手术室专科护士方面的可行性。
The modern apprenticeship system is an educational model promoted by enterprises and schools.Its application in nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges is in the ascendant,and it is a brand-new exploration to cultivate operating room specialized nurses through this model.This paper discusses the feasibility of this model in cultivating operating room specialized nurses from four aspects:research background,research significance,problems and feasible countermeasures.
