摘要
食品理化检测技术课程是食品类专业学生所必须学习的职业核心课程。该文以江苏农牧科技职业学院食品营养与检测专业的核心课程食品理化检测技术为例,借鉴德国“双元制”课程教学模式,结合本土的校企合作的实际情况,探讨本课程校企共建的“三教”改革实践及其成效。
The course of Food Physical and Chemical Testing Technology is a core professional course for food majors.Taking the core course of Food Physical and Chemical Testing Technology as an example,this paper discusses the reform practice and effect of"three teaching"jointly constructed by colleges and enterprises in this course by referring to the German"dual system"course teaching model and combining with the actual situation of local school-enterprise cooperation.
