军队院校实战化教学现状问题和改革建议——以新生入学入伍训练阶段为例

Research on the Present Issues of Actual Combat Teaching and Reforming Suggestions in Military Academies:A Case Study of the Enrollment Training Stage for Freshmen

推动军队院校实战化教学改革,培养我军新一代军事人才是践行新时代强军目标和建设世界一流军队的必然要求。该文针对新生入学入伍阶段体能训练、军事科目训练和野外综合训练环节与实战化教学改革不相符的现状问题入手进行了深入分析,主要从提升训练认识、创新教学内容、建设符合实战要求的场地以及培养高水平教员等几个方面提出了改进建议,并针对院校实战化教学改革提几点思考。

Promoting the reforming of actual combat teaching in military academies and cultivating a new generation of military talents in our army is an inevitable requirement for fulfilling the goal of building up a world-class army in the new era.This paper starts with an in-depth analysis of the current situation,which is inconsistent with the reforming of actual combat teaching,in terms of physical training,military subject training and field comprehensive training in the enrollment training stage of freshmen.This paper proposes some suggestions from the aspects of improving training awareness,innovating teaching content,constructing venues aiming to meet actual combat requirements and training teachers etc,and puts forward some viewpoints on the reforming of actual combat teaching in military academies.
