基于新工科大学生实习实践基地共享模式的研究与教学实践

Research and Teaching Practice Based on the Sharing Model of Practice Base for Students of Emerging Engineering Education

为积极应对第四次工业革命的挑战,我国需要大力建设新工科。由于新工科人才更注重实践能力、创新能力和学科交叉融合能力的培养,而工科实习、实践基地的质量和数量均难满足新工科人才培养的需求。因此,如何整合国内众多地方行业特色高校在各自行业领域建有的优势学科专业实习实践基地,充分发挥这些资源的作用,是亟须解决的问题。该文通过建立基地资源共享理念,探讨共享联盟与合作机制,搭建线上共享平台,丰富完善基地资源,并开展实习实践教学,从而对基于新工科大学生实习实践基地共享模式进行了研究与教学实践,取得了一定的理论成果和实践效果,具有一定的指导意义和推广价值。

In order to actively respond to the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution,it needs to vigorously build the Emerging Engineering Education.The Emerging Engineering talents are required to pay more attention to the cultivation of practical ability,innovation ability and interdisciplinary integration ability,but the quality and quantity of engineering internships and practice bases are difficult to meet the need.Therefore,how to integrate the advantageous disciplines and professional practice bases established by many domestic universities with local industry characteristics in their respective industries and give full play to the role of these resources are urgent problems to be solved.By establishing the concept of base resource sharing,discussing sharing alliances and cooperation mechanisms,building an online sharing platform,enriching,improving base resources,and carrying out internship practice teaching,this paper conducts research and teaching practice based on the sharing model of practice bases for student of Emerging Engineering Education,which has achieved certain theoretical results and practical effects and has certain guiding significance and promotion value.
