摘要 该文依照工程教育专业认证的理念,分析了食品高新技术课程教学的特点和面临的问题,从学生兴趣引导、课程内容建设、理论联系实践、语言能力锻炼和探究能力培养等方面对食品高新技术课程教学改革进行思考,同时以相关专业课程达成度情况为实例,进行了课程分析与评价,以期为专业工程技术人才的培养和相关课程的教学改革提供参考。 The characteristic and problems of the course in Advanced Technology of Food Engineering are analyzed based on the concept of engineering education professional certification.The educational reform of the course is considered from the aspects of student interest guidance,course content construction,integrating theory with practice,language ability training and cultivation of inquiry ability.Meanwhile,the course analysis and evaluation are carried out with the achievement degree of relevant professional courses as examples in order to offer reference for the cultivation of professional engineering talents and educational reform of related courses.
