线上教学背景下胸心外科见习带教新模式的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 该文旨在探讨改进的线上教学结合线下案例法教学新模式在2020年胸心外科见习带教的应用效果。选取2020年3月至2020年9月期间在胸心外科进行临床见习的68名临床医学生,采用线上教学结合传统线下案例法教学新模式进行见习带教,观察学生的学习效果。发现超80%的见习学生在教学方法的满意程度、学习兴趣、自学能力、临床思维的建立及理论知识的系统掌握方面的评价均为肯定。见习后学生成绩优秀率明显高于见习前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此可见,2020学年胸心外科见习带教中应用改进的线上教学结合线下案例法教学模式可提高临床教学效果,值得在临床教学中推广。 In order to explore the application effect of the improved online teaching model combined with offline case teaching method in the probation teaching of cardiothoracic surgery in 2020,68 clinical medical students who were on clinical probation in cardiothoracic surgery from March 2020 to September 2020 were selected.The new teaching model of online teaching combined with traditional offline case method was used to carry out probation teaching,and the learning effect of the students was observed.It was found that more than 80%of the probationers had positive evaluation on the satisfaction degree of teaching methods,learning interest,self-study ability,establishment of clinical thinking,and systematic mastery of theoretical knowledge.The excellent rate of students'performance after probation was significantly higher than that before internship(P<0.05).So,it is concluded the application of the improved online teaching combined with offline case method teaching model can improve the clinical teaching effect and is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
