This paper discusses the relationship between the degree of academic challenge and the curriculum reform of international trade major in applied undergraduate colleges and universities.By using the decision matrix of teacher-student game,it makes clear the benefits and losses of teachers after the curriculum reform.The benefits and losses of students'challenge degree are also studied.Then it analyzes the specific situation of teachers'curriculum reform decision and the students'subjective and objective,and concludes that the school should encourage teachers and students by institutional arrangements,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students,actively carry out curriculum reform,and increase the degree of course challenge.
