基于企业需求的高职人才职业能力培养研究

Research on Vocational Ability Training of Higher Vocational Talents Based on Enterprise Demand

粤港澳大湾区作为我国最具发展潜力的经济区域之一,拥有着发展加工贸易的独特优势,如地理位置、资源、政策等。而高职教育是与社会经济联系最为密切的教育形式,那么如何培养高职人才能够实现与加工贸易行业的良性联动,这是目前需要着力研究的问题。该文通过对粤港澳大湾区加工制造业企业的调查研究,使用IPA绩效分析法,研究出高职人才于适应湾区加工制造业的职业能力培养方案,从而培养和充分利用人才资源,促进湾区加工贸易发展。

As one of the most potential economic regions in China,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has unique advantages in processing trade development,such as geographical location,resources,and policies.And higher vocational education is the most closely related form of education with social economy,so how to foster higher vocational talents to achieve a positive linkage with the processing trade industry is an issue that needs to be studied.Through the investigation and study of the processing and manufacturing enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper uses the IPA performance analysis method to study the vocational ability training program of higher vocational talents to adapt to the processing and manufacturing industry in the Bay Area,so as to make full use of human resources and promote the development of processing trade in the Bay Area.
