摘要
以国产SIS为主体材料,通过熔融混合制备了热熔压敏胶,考察了SIS牌号、增黏树脂、增塑剂、抗氧剂、填料等组分对热熔压敏胶性能的影响。结果表明,可以根据具体用途灵活选用SIS牌号,也可将不同牌号SIS混合使用;增黏树脂的种类和用量对热熔压敏胶的性能影响较大,增黏树脂用量为SIS用量的120%~150%较为合适,适量加入极性树脂可以提高热熔压敏胶的180°剥离强度;采用增塑剂环烷油,热熔压敏胶的综合性能较好,也可使用复合增塑剂,其用量为SIS用量的50%~70%较为合适;采用复合抗氧剂(1076、168)能有效防止热熔压敏胶在制备和使用过程中的老化;加入填料轻质碳酸钙可以降低制备成本,在一定用量范围内可以提高热熔压敏胶的180°剥离强度。
Using domestic SIS as a main material,we prepared hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive by a melt blending method,and investigated the effects of SIS brand,tackifying resin,plasticizer,antioxidant,and filler on the performance of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive.The results show that the SIS brand can be flexibly selected according to specific purposes,or mixed with different SIS brands.The type and amount of tackifying resin have great influences on the performance of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive,the appropriate amount of tackifying resin is 120%-150%of SIS,and adding appropriate amount of polar resin can improve the 180°peel strength of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive.The comprehensive performance of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is better when using plasticizer naphthenic oil or composite plasticizer,and the appropriate amount of plasticizer is 50%-70%of SIS.The use of composite antioxidants(1076,168)can effectively prevent aging of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive in the preparation and use.Adding filler light calcium carbonate can reduce the preparation cost and improve the 180°peel strength of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive within a certain amount range.
