基于虚拟样机的中速磁浮列车单悬浮架耦合振动特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 中速磁浮列车最高设计时速为160 km/h,为研究160 km/h时速下列车与轨道桥梁间的耦合振动特性,以中速磁浮列车单悬浮架为研究对象,考虑基于位移-速度-加速度反馈的主动悬浮控制,基于虚拟样机技术,将悬浮架结构、主动悬浮控制系统、弹性轨道梁引入单悬浮架耦合动力学模型,分析不同速度工况下中速磁浮单悬浮架和轨道梁的动态响应。仿真结果表明,在速度工况为160 km/h时,悬浮架的悬浮特性、轨道梁动态特性均满足设计要求,最后与长沙磁浮快线实测数据进行对比验证了仿真结果的准确性。 The maximum design speed of medium-speed maglev train is 160 km/h.In order to study the coupling vibration characteristics between train and rail bridge at 160 km/h,the single-suspension frame of medium-speed maglev train is taken as the research object,considering the active control based on the feedback of displacement-velocity-acceleration.Based on virtual prototype,the coupling vibration of the suspension control system of the suspension frame and the suspension control system of the medium speed maglev vehicle is established.The model is to analyze the dynamic response of the maglev train to the suspension frame and the track bridge under different speeds conditions.Simulation results show that the suspension characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the track beam meet the design requirements when the speed is 160 km/h.Finally,the accuracy of the simulation results is verified by comparing with the measured data of Changsha maglev line.
