摘要
以机采茶鲜叶“机械组成”为评价指标,对龙井43、乌牛早等8个无性系茶树良种机采原料单芽及一芽一叶、一芽二叶、一芽三叶等机械组成质量百分比、数量百分比、单个芽叶重量进行测定,并对结果进行LSD-t多重比较和Person相关性分析。结果表明,8个品种间机械组成的质量百分比、数量百分比、芽叶单重存在统计学差异;质量百分比与数量百分比两种评价指标差异随着叶片数量增加逐步减小,一芽三叶质量百分比与数量百分比评价结果接近;一芽二叶单重品种间差异最大。一芽二叶质量百分比与数量百分比与机采效果为显著正相关。以一芽二叶和一芽三叶为优质化加工原料计,龙井43机采适宜性优于福云6号、乌牛早、平阳特早,福云6号、乌牛早、平阳特早优于浙农113、白毫早、福鼎大白茶及薮北种;建议将一芽二叶作为评价茶树品种机采适宜性的主要芽叶指标。
Taking the"mechanical composition"of fresh leaves of machine picked tea as the evaluation index,the mass percentage,quantity percentage and weight of single bud/1 bud and 1 leaf,1 bud and 2 leaves,1 bud and 3 leaves of machine picked raw materials of 8 improved clones of tea,such as Longjing 43 and Wuniuzao,were determined,and the results were analyzed by LSD-t multiple comparison and person correlation analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences in the mass percentage,quantity percentage and single weight of bud and leaf among the eight cultivars;the differences of mass percentage and quantity percentage decreased gradually with the increase of the number of leaves,and the evaluation results of the mass percentage and quantity percentage of 1 bud and 3 leaves were close to each other;the difference of single weight of 1 bud and 2 leaves was the largest among cultivars.The mass percentage and quantity percentage of 1 bud and 2 leaves were significantly positively correlated with the mechanical harvesting effect.Taking 1 bud 2 leaves and 1 bud 3 leaves as high quality processing raw materials,Longjing 43 is better than Fuyun 6,Wuniuzao and Pingyang tezao,Fuyun 6,Wuniuzao and Pingyang tezao are better than zhenong 113,baizao,Fuding Dabai tea and soubei species.It is suggested that 1 bud with 2 leaves should be taken as the main bud and leaf indexes to evaluate the suitability of mechanized picking of tea cultivars.
