摘要
茶叶生产效率是衡量区域茶叶产业发展的重要标准。以茶叶种植面积位居全国地级市第一位的遵义市为研究对象,通过采集2014—2019年的相关数据构建茶叶生产绩效评价指标体系,采用经典DEA-BCC模型与DEAMalmquist指数模型,从静态与动态角度对遵义市6个主产茶叶县级单元的茶叶生产效率进行测度。DEA-BCC模型结果表明,遵义市茶叶生产水平较低,只有湄潭县一直处于DEA有效状态,其余5个县域均未达到DEA有效;DEA-Malmquist指数模型的结果表明,规模效率对技术效率的贡献较大,除余庆县的茶叶生产效率有所上升外,其余县域茶叶生产效率均呈下降趋势,主要原因为技术进步缓慢。基于研究结果提出注重茶产业管理体制建设、加强信息共享与技术研发等措施建议。
Tea production efficiency is an important standard to measure the regional tea industry development.Taking Zunyi City,which has the largest tea planting area in prefecture level cities in China as the research object,the tea production performance evaluation index system was constructed by collecting the relevant data from 2014 to 2019.Using the classic DEA-BCC model and DEA Malmquist index model,the tea production efficiency of six county-level units of Zunyi City was measured from the static and dynamic perspectives.The results based on DEA-BCC model show that the tea production level in Zunyi city is relatively low,only Meitan county has been in the DEA effective state,and the other five counties have not reached DEA efficiency;the results based on DEA Malmquist index model show that the scale efficiency has a greater contribution to the technical efficiency,except for the tea production efficiency of Yuqing county has increased,the tea production efficiency of other counties has a downward trend.The main reason for this result is the slow progress of technology.Based on the results of the study,some suggestions were put forward,such as paying attention to the construction of tea industry management system,strengthening information sharing and technology research and development.
