摘要
为支持当前和今后的疫情防控工作,2020年1月31日—2月2日,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)网络问卷,采用雪球抽样法研究新冠疫情(COVID-19)爆发后1060名普通中国民众的心理症状与表现。研究结果表明:在新冠疫情爆发后全国一级应急响应期间,中国普通公民的心理症状普遍显著高于1986年和2018年的SCL-90常模(P<0.05),其中,强迫症状、抑郁和人际关系敏感3个维度的症状最为严重,在所有年龄阶段中60岁以上的老年人的心理症状最为严重。为稳固社会心态,国家应尽快补齐应急管理体系中心理干预与心理援助内容和预案的缺失,采取针对性的措施减少特殊群体的心理症状。
In order to support current and future epidemic prevention and control,between January 31 to February 2,2020,SCL-90 online questionnaire and snow sampling method were applied to investigate psychological symptoms and performance of 1060 ordinary Chinese people under level I emergency response after outbreak of COVID-19.The results show that their psychological symptoms during level I emergency response to COVID-19(P<0.05)are generally worse than that of SCL-90 norms in 1986 and 2018.Three dimensions,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression and interpersonal sensitivity,indicate the most severe symptoms,and they were the worst among people over 60 years of age.To stabilize social mentality,government should act as soon as possible to fill up blank of emergency response plan and psychological intervention and psychological aid in emergency management system by taking corresponding measures to reduce people’s psychological symptoms.
