有限空间作业人员不安全心理及行为量表研究

Research on unsafe mentality and behavior scales of workers in confined space

为探究有限空间作业人员的不安全心理和行为现状,分别从麻痹、侥幸、逆反、从众、捷径省能、厌倦、冒险逞能心理7个维度和个体防护用品、作业检测、作业通风、野蛮操作4个维度建立有限空间作业人员不安全心理及行为量表。将收回的问卷运用软件SPSS进行分析。结果表明:量表中各题项区分度较好,量表的整体信度分别为0.953和0.966,2量表内各维度的信度分别介于0.683~0.887之间和0.857~0.942之间;因子分析的KMO值分别为0.932和0.906,提取的7个和4个公因子分别可解释76.102%和85.014%的方差变异。

In order to explore unsafe mentality and behaviors of workers in confined space,scales for them were compiled from 7 dimensions of paralysis,fluke,rebellion,conformity,shortcut energy saving,boredom and risk-taking mentality and 4 dimensions of personal protective equipment,operation detection,operation ventilation and barbaric operation.Then,collected questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS25.0 software.The results show that scale items are well distinguished,and overall reliability of scales is 0.953 and 0.966 respectively,while that of each dimension for them is between 0.683-0.887 and 0.857-0.942 respectively.Moreover,KMO values of factor analysis are 0.932 and 0.906,and 7 and4 common factors extracted could explain 76.102%and 85.014%of variance difference respectively.
