夏热冬冷气候区近现代建筑遗产预防性保护策略研究——以省级文物保护单位八路军驻湘通讯处旧址为例

Research on Preventive Protection Strategy of Modern Architectural Heritage in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Climate Zone——Taking the Former Site of the Eighth Route Army Communication Office in Hunan Province as an Example

夏热冬冷气候区相对湿度和温度变化较大,对近现代建筑遗产的日常维护和保养造成一定影响,在这种情况下,根据夏热冬冷地区气候特点增强预防性保护意识、加强监管、充实健康诊断经验、发展预防性技术策略的工作,才能防患于未然。文章立足于近现代建筑遗产八路军驻湘通讯处旧址的维护保养方案设计,提出预防性保护策略,以达到保证建筑遗产真实性和完整性的目的,延续建筑遗产的社会、经济、文化价值。

The relative humidity and temperature in the hot summer and cold winter climate region vary greatly, which has a certain impact on the daily maintenance and maintenance of modern architectural heritage. Under such circumstances, only by enhancing the awareness of preventive protection, strengthening supervision, enriching health diagnosis experience and developing preventive technical strategies can we nip in the bud according to the climate characteristics of the hot summer and cold winter region. Based on the design of the maintenance scheme of the old site of the Eighth Route Army’s communication office in Hunan, this paper puts forward preventive protection strategies to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the architectural heritage and continue its social, economic and cultural values.
