装配式建筑在现代工业技术快速发展的过程中逐渐走入了人们的视野,房屋建造所需的每一个构件和配件都可统一的在预制工厂内完成生产,随后运送到建造现场进行统一装配。成本低、效率高、标准化程度高是装配式建筑的主要特点和优势,因此,装配式建筑在世界各地得到了很好的应用。数字化信息时代的到来,促进了各行各业的发展,装配式建筑也不例外,本文基于装配式建筑实行全过程信息化管理,探究有关装配式建筑一体化数字化建造的问题,旨在进一步推动装配式建筑一体化的发展。

With the rapid development of modern industrial technology, prefabricated building has gradually come into people’s view. Every component and accessory required for housing construction can be produced in the prefabricated factory, and then transported to the construction site for unified assembly. Low cost, high efficiency and high degree of standardization are the main characteristics and advantages of prefabricated buildings, so prefabricated buildings have been well applied all over the world. The arrival of the digital information age has affected the development of all walks of life, and prefabricated buildings are no exception. Based on the implementation of the whole process of information management of prefabricated buildings, this paper explores the problems of integrated digital construction of prefabricated buildings, aiming to further promote the development of integrated prefabricated buildings.
