摘要
住宅地产展示性园林为中国现阶段所特有。文章通过广泛调研国内知名住宅地产项目的园林展示区景观,对其功能分区特点和空间布局特征进行分析,总结和提炼出运用障景屏蔽外部环境、体验式设计以及地被植物营造氛围等景观处理技法。以上研究结果可为同类型园林景观设计提供参考。
The residential real estate display garden is unique in China at the present stage. Through extensive research on the landscape of garden display area of domestic famous residential real estate projects, this paper analyzes the features of functional zoning and spatial layout, and summarizes and extracts landscape treatment techniques such as using the barrier landscape to shield the external environment, experiential design and ground cover plant to create atmosphere. The above research results can provide reference for the same type of landscape design.
