摘要
随着LED芯片集成度和功率的不断提高,散热问题逐渐成为制约行业发展的重要瓶颈。为解决某型大功率LED灯具散热设计问题,在设计阶段采用流体设计软件Flo-EFD对模型进行散热设计评估,模拟计算出灯具各部位的温度云图,通过热测试设备对试样进行散热性能测试,仿真与实测结果基本一致,产品散热效果总体符合设计要求。通过建立灯具模型,仿真软件可捕捉不同参数设定下的系统溫度信息,对产品的最终有效实现提供散热数据支撑。流体热仿真技术对产品散热设计有重要辅助作用。
With the continuous improvement of LED chip integration and power,heat dissipation has gradually become a stumbling block restricting the development of the industry.In order to solve the heat dissipation problem of a high-power LED lamp,Flo-EFD,a fluid design software,was used to simulate the theoretical heat dissipation design structureand calculate the temperature cloud map of each part of the lamp.Finally,the heat dissipation performance of the sample structure was tested by multi-channel temperature controller,the simulation results were basically consistent with the actual test results,and the heat dissipation effect of the product generally met the design requirements.Byestablishing a lamp model,the simulation software can capture the system temperature information under different parameter settings,and provide heat dissipation data for the final realization of the product.Fluid thermal simulation technology plays an important role in the heat dissipation design of products.
