高职经管类专业创新创业能力培养的研究与实践

A Study onCultivatingInnovation and Entrepreneurship Ability in Higher Vocational Economics and Management Majors

随着我国经济水平的提升和产业结构的调整,创新创业能力已成为当代大学生的重要职业能力。以创新创业促进经济增长已成为经济发展的重要战略。提高学生的创新创业能力,解决学生自身的就业问题,创造更多的就业机会的必然选择。本文首先对创新创业管理培养过程中存在的问题进行阐述,然后对创新创业能力培养的路径和方法进行了重点论述。从人才培养模式的创新、课程体系的重构、实践育人平台的搭建、创新创业能力培养保障机制的建立等方面作一论述。

With the improvement of Chinas economic level and the adjustment of industrial structure,innovation and entrepreneurship ability has become necessaryfor the contemporary college students and promoting economic growth throughinnovating and starting new businesses has become one of the important strategies of economic development.So,it is a certainchoice for higher vocational colleges to foster students^innovation and entrepreneurship ability,help students solve the problems and difficulties when they seek employmentand offerthem more employment opportunities.This paper firstlysets forth the problems during training the abilities to be innovative and entrepreneurial,and then focuses on thehow-to ways from the aspects of training mode,reconstruction of curriculum system and the setup of practice education platform and mechanism which will make sure of the smooth running of the cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
