摘要
职业教育教学改革在早期订单式培养、工学交替培养模式改革的基础上,提出了现代学徒制人才培养模式。本文以现代学徒制教学作为背景,在“园校企互动1233”机制下,进行现代学徒制专业课程体系创新建构与实践,对于培养符合专业岗位需求的应用型技能人才有着积极的意义。
ModemApprenticeship Training Mode came into being on the basis of Order-Style Mode and Working and Learning Alternation-based Teaching System.Based on Modem Apprenticeship Teaching System and under the"Park-School-Enterprise Interaction 1233" Training Mechanism,this paper analyzes how to construct and carry out the innovativecurriculum system in themajors with Modem Apprenticeship,which is of positive significance to cultivate applied technical talents in line with the needs of the professional posts.
