产教融合视域下高职院校“工匠型”师资培养困境与路径选择

摘要 随着时代的发展和人民生活水平的不断提升,对教育特别是职业教育越来越重视,而教师作为影响高职院校教学水平的一个重要因素,其发展培育水平在很大程度上影响高职院校的整体教学水平和教育质量。本文试图通过解读“工匠型”教师的内涵,分析当前“工匠型”师资培育过程中存在的问题和困难,进而提出若干针对性的策略建议,以供相关人士交流参考。 With the development of the times and the continuous improvement of peoples living standards,more attention has been paid to vocational education.The teachers'development has a great impact on the overall teaching level and education quality of higher vocational colleges.This paper interprets the connotation of fosteringteachers with craftsman's pirit,analyzes the problems and difficulties,and then puts forward some targeted strategic suggestions,which will serve as references for the colleges and teachers.
