摘要 为克服现有破碎岩石渗透试验系统中间断供水、颗粒无法精确收集、自动化程度低等困难,设计了循环供水式破碎岩石渗透试验系统,主要由轴向加载及控制系统、渗透仪、渗透压力控制系统和数据采集系统4部分组成,其最大轴向荷载200 kN、最大渗透压力10 MPa,破碎岩石试样直径100 mm、高度150~200 mm。系统具有以下特点:设计交替供水装置,能够实现循环供水,用以研究渗透性强且孔隙结构调整周期长的破碎岩石;通过质量流量计与电子秤的配合,实现流失质量的实时收集;设置多套伺服控制系统并开发相应的控制程序,实现渗透试验过程的自动化控制。最后,通过破碎砂岩在压实过程中的渗透试验进行系统性能验证,试验结果表明该系统能够很好地满足试验需求。 In order to overcome the difficulties such as intermittent water supply, failure to collect particles accurately and low degree of automation in the existing seepage testing system for broken rock, this paper designs a seepage testing system with circulating water supply for broken rock. It is mainly composed of four parts: axial loading and control system, seepage apparatus,water pressure control system and data acquisition system. The maximum axial load is 200 kN, the maximum seepage pressure is10 MPa, the diameter of sample is 100 mm, and the height is 150-200 mm. In addition, the system has the following characteristics: the design of alternate water supply device can realize circulating water supply, and it is used to study the broken rock with strong permeability and long period of pore structure adjustment. Using the mass flow meter and electronic scale, the real-time collection of lost mass is realized. Using multiple servo control systems and control program, automatic control of the test process was realized. Finally, the performance of the system is verified by the seepage test of the broken sandstone under compaction, and the test results show that the system can meet the test requirements well.
