摘要
2020年诺贝尔化学奖授予了Emmanuelle Charpentier博士和Jennifer A.Doudna博士,以表彰她们在"发展了基因组编辑技术"方面做出的贡献。本文对CRISPR/Cas9结构、原理进行了系统介绍,简要回顾了CRISPR/Cas9技术的发现及发展过程,最后对CRISPR/Cas9技术面对的前景、挑战与争议进行了展望。
The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2020 was awarded jointly to Dr.Emmanuelle Charpentier and Dr.Jennifer A.Doudna,in recognition of their contribution to"the development of a method for genome editing".In this review article,we have described the structures and mechanisms of CRISPR/Cas9,the discovery and development of CRISPR/Cas9 system,and the prospects and challenges about CRISPR/Cas9 system.
