副溶血弧菌TDH快速免疫胶体金检测板的研制

Development of colloidal gold immunochromatography plate for rapid detection of TDH produced by Vibrio parahaemolyticus

目的:开发特异性检测副溶血弧菌耐热直接溶血毒素(TDH)的快速免疫胶体金检测板。方法:利用本实验室前期制备的两株TDH单克隆抗体T6D4和T9H4,以双抗体夹心法研制胶体金检测板。结果:研制出的快速免疫胶体金检测板能够特异性地检测TDH,检测限为500 ng/ml。结论:成功研制出能够特异性检测副溶血弧菌TDH的快速免疫胶体金检测板,为TDH的快速检测提供了新的测试工具。

Objective:To develop colloidal gold immunochromatographic test plate for specific detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus heat-resistant direct hemolytic toxin(TDH).Methods:Using two TDH monoclonal antibodies T6D4 and T9H4 prepared in our laboratory,colloidal gold immunochromatographic test plate was developed based on principle of double antibody sandwich method.Results:Developed colloidal gold immunochromatographic test plate can specifically detect TDH with a minimum detection limit of 500 ng/ml.Conclusion:Colloidal gold immunochromatographic test plates were successfully prepared to detect TDH of Vibrio parahaemolyticus specifically,which providing a new testing tool for rapid detection of TDH.
