摘要
对燃煤钢铁厂、玻璃厂采用干法(半干法)钙基脱硫剂对烟气进行脱硫而产生的工业废渣——脱硫渣进行了研究。结果表明:W型和B型干法烟气脱硫渣的矿物组成是以脱硫产物、残余的钙基脱硫剂和少量粉煤灰为主,同时还含有较多的活性激发组分,不仅能调节材料中的SO 3含量,还能充分激发混合材的活性;随着脱硫渣掺量的提高,混合料的凝结时间逐渐延长,强度先增大后降低;不同种类的脱硫渣对水泥性能的影响不同。
The industrial waste residue-desulfurization slag produced by desulphurizing flue gas with dry method(semi-dry method)calcium-based desulfurizer in coal-fired steel works and glass factories was studied.The results show that the mineral composition of W-type and B-type dry method flue gas desulfurization slag is mainly composed of desulfurization products,residual calcium-based desulfurizer and a small amount of fly ash.Meanwhile,it also contains more active activated components,which can not only adjust the content of SO 3 in the material,but also fully stimulate the activity of the mixture.With the increase of desulfurization slag content,the setting time of mixture gradually extends,the strength increases first and then reduces.Different kinds of desulfurization slag have different effect on the properties of cement.
