酸性环境下铁路隧道衬砌高性能混凝土耐久性的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 依托玉磨铁路中老友谊隧道工程,对C50高性能混凝土隧道衬砌在酸性环境下的强度和耐久性,通过优化混凝土的配合比设计,采用单因素分析法,研究了水胶比和粉煤灰掺量对高性能混凝土的影响。研究表明:与水胶比相比,粉煤灰掺量对混凝土强度的影响更大;在酸性环境中,相比粉煤灰掺量,水胶比的变化对混凝土中氯离子含量的影响较大,而混凝土中电通量数值则对粉煤灰掺量的变化更为敏感。 Depending on Laos Friendship Tunnel works on Yuxi—Mohan Railway and by means of optimizing the proportioning design,the effects of water-cement ratio and fly ash content on the high performance concrete were studied by single factor analysis.The strength and durability of the tunnel lining in C50 high performance concrete in an acid environment was referred herein.The study shows that,fly ash content has greater impact on the concrete strength than water-cement ratio;in an acid environment,the change of water-cement ratio affects the content of chloride ion in the concrete more greatly than fly ash content,but the value of electric flux in the concrete is more sensitive to the change of fly ash content.
