摘要
本文针对现有制造领域生产线生产效率低、柔性加工能力差、信息感知传递慢、过程质量保障能力低等问题,研究了国内外智能制造示范生产系统建设现状,总结了制造领域智能制造标准体系框架。对现有智能制造标准进行适用性分析,为制造领域智能制造能力提升提供标准化保障,从而提升生产制造能力要求。
Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency,poor flexible processing capability,slow information perception transmission,and low process quality assurance capability of existing production lines in the manufacturing field,this paper studies the current status of the construction of intelligent manufacturing demonstration production systems at home and abroad,summarizes the intelligent manufacturing standard system framework in the manufacturing field,and analyzes the applicability of existing smart manufacturing standards to provide standardized guarantees for the improvement of intelligent manufacturing capabilities in the manufacturing field,thereby improving the requirements for manufacturing capabilities.
